What kind of parts are included in TheOffBits Kit?
Real metal nuts, bolts, springs, proprietary connectors and colorful plastic parts.
What does 3-in-1 mean?
3-in-1 means that you can build at least three out-of-the-box models with the parts in your kit. There are enough parts to build a single model at one time; you cannot build all three models at the same time with the parts provided
What are TheOffBits skill levels?
Beginner (Ages 6 and up) is for those just starting their OffBits adventure.
Builder (Ages 6 and up) is fun with more pieces and multiple models.
Creator (Ages 6 and up) is for more experienced builders to hone in on fine motor skills.
Expert (Ages 8 and up) is for a more challenging assembly.
Master (Ages 8 and up) is for more sharply developed motor skills.
All Levels (Ages 6 and up) is for all skill abilities and children and adults of all ages.
Can I combine kits?
Yes you can! You can make an infinite amount of unique creations using the parts and pieces from various kits. Please share your own designs with us and in BitsZone.

How much will the shipping cost?
We offer Free Standard Shipping for orders over $69 and $5.99 flat rate shipping for all other orders within the US.
The price for shipping to other countries varies from country to country
When will I receive my order?
TheOffBits processes all orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery time within the United States is 3-7 business days for Standard Shipping. International delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping method and unexpected delays.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes we ship almost everywhere in the world. Import duties and taxes may apply upon receipt of orders. Such duties and taxes are set by the customs authority of your destination country. It will be your responsibility to pay them if and when asked to by your local authorities.
Will I have to pay import tax on my international order?
All international orders are subject to duties and taxes as dictated by the laws of the destination country. Please check with your local customs authority to determine if and what fees may apply. The OffBits is not responsible for any delays caused by matters beyond our direct control like the customs clearance processes, delays caused by the international shipping company, etc.
I received a damaged product. Now what?

How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is shipped from our warehouse. It can take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to be updated to the courier’s website where you will be able to monitor its delivery.
